Amnesty group raises funds for International Women’s Day

Following on from International’s Women’s Day, Shimna’s Amnesty International group is running a fundraiser in support of UN Women, which campaigns against gender-based violence and discrimination in countries like Afghanistan.

The Amnesty group has put together a hamper of treats which will be raffled this week. Tickets will be sold during registration, at break and lunchtime.
