Congratulations to our Year 12 students on their record-breaking results. As a year group, they have achieved the best results at both five and seven A*-C grade measures in our College’s history. Today, we are celebrating the outstanding achievements of our Sixth Form students. Shimna continues to perform at a very high level across A Level and BTEC, with 35.4% of the grades awarded at A* and A, comfortably above the Northern Ireland average of 30.7%. Great to see so many of our students, parents and carers in school first thing to collect results. There were nerves and excitement a plenty in the air. Our Year 14 have done themselves and the College proud. With over a third of grades at A* and A and over hald A8 to B, there has been plenty to celebrate.
