Amnesty International Trip To See Flee At Newcastle Community Cinema

The Shimna Amnesty International group took a trip to see the multi-award-winning animated film 'FLEE' at the Newcastle Community Cinema on Thursday. This true story documented the life of Amin Nawabi and his dramatic escape to Denmark from Afghanistan. A powerful and moving account, the student response was unanimous:'10 out of 10' 'thought-provoking' 'I cried'. Thanks to the NCC for offering the students this brilliant opportunity.
