Coming up the week after next: Shimna Tennis Open

Dear Parents & Carers,

We are delighted to announce that the Shimna Tennis Open Tournament will be played at The Newcastle Tennis Courts, on Thursday 18 June.

The tournament is open to students in Years 8, 9 and 10.  Participants must be able to play a game of competitive tennis, which includes serving and returning the ball.

We will meet in the Sports Hall at 9.00 am and walk down to the Newcastle Courts together.

Racquets will be provided but students may bring their own. Water, snacks, sunscreen and a coat should all be brought to the court.

The tournament should finish before lunch and we will return together.
