Competitive debut for 3x3 Basketball

On Friday, our girls took part in a 3x3 basketball tournament against St Louis Grammar, with both schools entering three teams. The event provided an excellent opportunity for the students to showcase the skills they have been developing through coaching sessions delivered by Mourne Basketball.

All of the girls represented the College superbly, demonstrating great teamwork, determination and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

The tournament concluded with a thrilling final, which remained deadlocked for over 12 minutes of golden-goal play as both teams battled hard for victory. After an exciting contest, Shimna emerged as worthy winners.
