After the heartbreaking loss of her father, Keith, Year 13 student Daisy took part in Cancer Fund for Children’s Say My Name programme - a space designed to help young people process grief and navigate the difficult journey that follows the death of a parent.
Through this support, Daisy not only found comfort but also formed lifelong friendships with others who truly understand her experience.
Yesterday, Daisy spoke at an event in Daisy Lodge, offering her personal insight into the difference this support has made. Her voice represents the impact that vital funds, raised through the amazing 15‑year partnership with Eurospar & VivoXtra, generating over £2 million, have had on families across the region.
Daisy’s courage and generosity in sharing her story highlight why these services matter so much.
Well done, Daisy. We’re very proud of you.
