Deep Thinking Club starts next week

Next week will see the launch of a new extra-curricular activity Deep Thinking Club. It’ll run on Thursdays after school ( 3.40 - 4.30 pm ) and is open to students in all year groups.

It’s an opportunity to learn about ideas not necessarily covered in the curriculum. Each session will be introduce a new topic, covering a wide range of subjects. The programme includes sessions on law, material science and happiness.

In our first meeting we’ll be looking at philosophy, including the ideas of Rene Descartes.
