Drama & Performing Arts students prepare to tread the boards

Yesterday, our Drama & Performing Arts students benefited from an immersive workshop led by Maeve and Darcey at Fourth Monkey, a London-based theatre company. Fourth Monkey specialises in preparing students to transition into drama schools effectively. The company offers many undergraduate & postgraduate courses in acting, producing, writing, and directing. Some of their alumni students have gone on to be employed by Warner Bros, Dreamworks, Netflix and Royal Shakespeare Company, to name a few.

Mrs Quigley, Head of Drama, writes: “Following the workshop, the facilitators led an insightful discussion for our students where the actors described their unique journey that led them into the industry. This was an incredibly inspiring experience for our students, giving them a realistic perspective of what it is like to be an actor today.”
