Eabha to have shot at All-Ireland’s

Congratulations to Eabha Hallissey who qualified for the All-Ireland’s Senior Girls Shot with a strong performance at the Ulster Championships on Saturday. This is a fitting reward for Eabha who has served as Sports Leader in this year’s Student Leadership Team.

Well done as well to Evie Gorman and Kari Foster who both finished fourth in shot and 15000m. Emma Cunningham also performed creditably, just missing the final in her event.

We wish Eabha well, along with the other Shimna athletes taking part in the All-Irelands at the Tullamore Stadium.
