A Level student, Erin Elliott, has received a highly commended prize in the 2022 British Biology Olympiad. The Olympiad, which is a prestigious international competition, recognises the talented young scientists through a series of challenges. It is an excellent preparation for students looking to pursue their academic studies at a higher level and pursue a career in science.
Head of Biology Joanne Poland commented: “Erin is an excellent student and this award is thoroughly deserved. This year over 10,000 students from 700 schools worldwide took part so this is a tremendous achievement. We are very proud of all of our students who took part.”
In recognition, Erin receives a free year’s membership of BioNet.
