¡Fantástico! Spanish students start the year on tour in Barcelona

Earlier this morning, 25 students and 4 staff arrived back from a fantastic four-day visit to Barcelona. The trip, which had to be rescheduled following the regional floods earlier in the year, took in a variety of locations, had a full programme, including coach tour of the city, La Sagrada Familia, Montjuic the Camp Nou, Monserrat, the medieval town of Tarragona and the CosmoCaixa Science Museum.

Thank you to the staff who organised and led the trip. Well done to the students who behaved impeccably. As Mrs Mayers, trip leader, put it: “great wee group.”

Just a shame they missed out on the sunshine we enjoyed in Newcastle this week.
