Senior Netballers enjoy first competitive fixture of the season

Well done to our Senior Netball Team who competed in the first round of the Senior Cup. Playing against the highly ranked Aquinas GS was a formidable challenge but our girls played with great spirit and enthusiasm. They lost on this occasion but are already looking forward to their next match against Dromore High School in the NI League.

Key players today were Katelyn McClelland and Aurora Milligan Symington who provided the attacking players, Rachel Hodge and Evie Sloan, with goal scoring opportunities. The defence was ably led by Emily Allister, assisted by Sarah Symth, Ciara Cartwright and Anna Stannett.

An encouraging start to the netball season.
