Shimna Girls make appearance at the Euros

Following the successful completion of their NI Grassroots Football Coaching Qualification, our Junior Girls were invited to attend the UEFA Women’s Euros semi-final as special guests at Windsor Park.

As part of this incredible experience, the girls proudly took on the role of flag bearers for the France vs Norway match, a magical opportunity that gave our future stars a behind-the-scenes glimpse of a major international event. After carrying out their duties in their new Euro kits, the girls enjoyed a nail-biting thriller from the stands, with France eventually progressing to the final after a dramatic penalty shootout.
