Shimna Integrated College celebrates GCSE results

With 20% of ALL grades awarded A* or A and 72% overall achieving A*-C, Shimna Integrated College is thrilled to announce the outstanding achievements of all its GCSE students in the 2023 examinations.

As the College enters its 30th anniversary year, these results reflect the unwavering commitment to academic excellence that has been the hallmark of Shimna for three decades.

With grading returning to pre-pandemic grading levels, most Shimna students have met or exceeded their targets.

“Congratulations to our Year 12 students for successfully completing their GCSE studies,” says Steve Pagan, Principal of Shimna Integrated College. “While we were fully expecting the grading to be tighter this year, we should not forget the disruption to learning this year group have had to contend with. Their successes are commendable.”
