Shimna runners warm up for Down Schools cross-country championships

Shimna runners enjoyed useful training ahead of the Down Schools cross-country championships in a few weeks’ time. In a competitive afternoon against St Malachy’s High School, Jamie O’Flaherty won the Year 10 boys race and Eve McNamara won the year 9 girls' race, with Parisa Susay-Quinn third, and Fahlin Murphy- McKibbin won the year 9 boys' race. Ailish Donnelly finished runner-up in the Year 8 girls race. Well done to all of our runners.
