Mrs Caulfield writes: “On Monday, our enthusiastic environmentalists rolled up their sleeves and helped to plant native trees on Newcastle foreshore under blue skies and sunshine. This tree planting project is supported by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, dedicated to breathing new life into urban and natural landscapes across seven locations in the NM&DD district.

Many thanks to Kathy Black, Shimna parent and nature superstar, for inviting us to join this wonderful initiative.

Let's continue working to make a positive impact on our community and planet. Together, we can make a difference!”
