Shimna students compete in All-Ireland Athletics Championships

Well done to Aoife Grant, Eabha Hallissey and Eve McNamara who performed admirably in the All-Ireland Athletics Championships at the weekend. Eabha finished 6thin the senior girls shot, Eve Mc Namara was 6th in the Junior Girls Long Jump. Eve also finished just outside the top six in the Junior Girls Hurdles, as did Aoife in the Junior Girls 1200m Walk

We congratulate the girls on their achievement in competing at a national level.
