Shimna students join Collins Aerospace Young Women in STEM event

Six of our Year 10 students attended the Collins Aerospace Young Women in STEM event at their Kilkeel facility on Thursday. We were delighted to be one of the five local post-primary schools invited to this exciting event. With their interest in STEM subjects, the girls participated in a range of activities, toured the factory and learned about the wide range of career opportunities at this global company.
A huge thank you to Collins Aerospace for hosting such an inspiring event.
