Shimna students participate in COP30 Climate event

Yesterday, Year 14 students Lily-May Truesdale and Jude Watt represented Shimna at a model COP30 environmental talks, held at Belfast Castle.
The event, which coincides with the current COP30 in Brazil, brought together students from 28 schools across Northern Ireland. The students were given the opportunity to role play the part of national ambassadors, campaigners, lobbyists and journalists.
