Shimna students perform at APTIS Conference

Last week, the Association of Principals in Integrated Schools ( APTIS ), met for their annual conference at the Slieve Donard Hotel. Organised by NICIE, it was a great opportunity for senior leaders across Northern Ireland to come together and share experience and practice.

Musical entertainment was provided by the magnificent choir from Killyleagh IPS and our own students, the fantastic Enya Leckey on the harp and our wonderful Sixth Form singers, Ruby Ferris, Aurora Milligan, Jana Pobloth and Sophie Waddell. Suffice it to say, all of the performances received rave reviews.
