Student Leaders flying high with Collins Aerospace

A massive thank you to the team at Collins Aerospace in Kilkeel for hosting and providing training for our incoming Year 14 Leadership Team. Our students participated in a range of engaging workshops focusing on communication and influence; teamwork and collaboration; problem-solving and decision-making; and leading with purpose. A site tour was also part of the programme, which included the opportunity to see Collins’ impressive robotic technology in action.
Particular thanks go to Charlotte Elliott for organising the programme and to Site Director Alan Henning for his warm welcome. The opportunity to draw on their expertise was extremely valuable for our students as they embark on their leadership journey next week.
