Under-16 Girls Gaelic squad gain competitive experience

Mr Milligan writes: “What a commendable effort from our U16 girls on Friday! We travelled to the Mid-Ulster Sports Arena for the Ulster LGFA semi-final, and while Gaelcholáiste Dhoire’s experience proved tough to overcome, our young Shimna team showed heart and determination from the very first throw-in.

Lead by our fantastic captains Rosa Harper and Abigail Turley, the girls battled hard and never gave up. Special shout-out to Maddie McMullan and Isabella Milligan for two outstanding goals that kept us fighting until the end. We’re so proud of every single player for their commitment and teamwork. Up next, girls Under-14s.”
