Mrs Forsythe, Home Economics Department, has hosted the Livestock and Meat Commission for Northern Ireland (LMC) in lessons over the past month. The sessions, which included beef and lamb cookery demonstrations to all of Key Stage 3 classes and the Year 11 GCSE Class, were extremely informative and the pupils thoroughly enjoyed getting to sample the delicious food.
