Shimna Drama and Performing Arts students can tread the boards in one of the most prestigious theatres in the country.
As one of only a few schools in Northern Ireland chosen to be a part of the Lyric School Affiliation Scheme, students can watch, participate and be inspired by the many opportunities this link provides.
"Our students can avail of some of the wonderful opportunities the Lyric Theatre in Belfast offer throughout the academic year, says Sarah McGilloway, Head of Drama. "This consists of exciting theatre trips, free workshops and witnessing live contemporary theatre.
The next free workshop is a Frantic Ignition taster session on the 10th September 2022. "
