Earlier today, our U14 Gaelic girls reached the Ulster semi-finals after a resounding victory over Edmund Rice College After a tight first half the teams were separated by a point at the break, with Edmund Rice College leading 1:3 to 1:2. The girls put in a fantastic turn around in the second half dominating the midfield and forward line with Issy tucking home 6 goals and a point for Shimna College. A stellar performance from Grace in defence kept the opposition forwards star

Many thanks to Cathy Strain from Bank of Ireland for delivering a Student Financial Wellbeing session yesterday. In a highly informative session, Year 13 students received practical advice on how to build confidence and understanding around managing finances as they prepare for life after school.

Thank you to Elayne from Relate NI for delivering sessions to our Year 10 students today on the topic of consent as a cornerstone of safe, respectful relationships in school, online and beyond. She encouraged students to question assumptions, think deeply and explore the topic with clarity and confidence creating space for honest conversations and real learning.
