Our Year 8 students have now completed the History Department's annual castle-building competition. There were a diverse range of designs, from traditional motte and bailey models to entire virtual kingdoms created on Minecraft. The students demonstrated their innovative, creative and craftwork skills. With such a tremendously high standard of models, the judges had a very difficult task in arriving at a final decision. However, this year’s winners were Charlotte Mawhinney, Mia Price and Lilly Williamson. Very well done to them, and to everyone who participated.
